(Publisher: Ubisoft) — Ubisoft described “Wildlands” as the biggest open-world game it has ever made. And fans quickly embraced it. Players join a special operations unit and use real-world military weapons against enemies in a variety of environments, ranging from dense forests to salt flats. The multiplayer component, which allowed players to play cooperatively, was especially popular. Perhaps most impressive about the game’s top sales ranking, though, is the fact that it didn’t hit shelves until March 7 of this year.
The book’s robust standing at no. 1 on Amazon’s best-seller list is particularly impressive and noteworthy since it primarily consists of commercial paperbacks and popular hardcover fiction. No other work of political analysis or reporting ranks in the top 50, as of 10:00 a.m. EST on Thursday.

This is the second year in a row for strong holiday sales of Chromebooks, but it’s a bigger feat this year. Microsoft and its Windows hardware partners pushed out cheap laptops (around $200) to compete with the Chromebook this year. Based on Amazon’s information, three Chromebooks outpaced them.

This is my method for buying on Amazon (eBay in disguise), eBay, Abes: ask questions before sale about packing, when product will really be sent, do they provide tracking, have they described condition, what is their feedback like (go back and see how many people are dissatisfied each day for a month or so…tedious, but if you have people every day saying you screwed up, wrong), do they respond to emails and do they answer the questions asked?
All the research reports say that Electronics along with Cell Phones and Accessories are the most famous product categories on Amazon, although there are some exceptions like Cards Against Humanity LLC (Toys), Positively Tea LLC and Healthworks (Groceries), and NatureWise (Health and Household).
This is a fantastic list to motivate current and new sellers. It is well thought out, detailed and well presented. Well done! Amazon do get bad press time to time. What most sellers forget is that Amazon only charges on the sale of the item. Unlike Ebay or PPC where it is a pure gamble unless you know what you are doing. I would however add caution to ensure offline and other sales channels are also utilised and not rely 100% on Amazon sales.
We have important rules at my company about the projects we take on. We don’t work with authors whose books we wouldn’t read ourselves, and we don’t guarantee best-seller status. We say no to more work than we say yes to, but these principles help us avoid the gimmicky, one-hit-wonders who aren’t looking to write great books but instead are looking to trick people into thinking they have.
In the 1920s, the richest people per capita in the world were members of the Osage Indian nation in Oklahoma. After oil was discovered beneath their land, they rode in chauffeured automobiles, built mansions, and sent their children to study in Europe.
