The entry level version falls into this pricing category but, if you are flexible on price and are looking for more storage or performance, you have the option of upgrading a few of the internal components. It will not be surprising if the Echo family of devices does well this Prime Day. The original Echo received a 50 percent price cut to $89.99, while the Dot dropped by $15, bringing it to $34.99, with corresponding discounts in other markets where Echo devices are sold. Yes, as a Chromebook lover, performance, speed and lag free experience is very important for me. And Haswell based Intel 2995u has given me the best experience so far. Battery life is 8 hours and it is not very noisy either.
All that said, we wouldn’t trivialize the success of Chromebooks at Amazon. It seems like there’s something going on with Chromebooks. In, October, Google said 22% of all U.S. schools were using Chromebooks.
